I can not find the contact details of the company
12/15/2012 I purchased over the Internet in company Arvato Distribution GmbH Benzstrasse 5-7 3**** Herzebrock-Clarholz Germany operation system Windows 8 Pro with backup DVD.12/18/2012 received from the company email: "Your Windows 8 Pro has shipped. It should arrive in 7 to 9 business days" and "Don't reply to this email - the address isn't monitored, and we won't be able to read or respond to your messages".But still I not received the DVD (today 01/12/2013). So I want to contact the company by email.I would be very grateful if you help me get the necessary information to contact the company.
